Mold can be hard to find, it grows behind walls and baseboards.

There are times when a homeowner or business owner knows they have mold but cannot see any visible signs of it. When mold grows it gives off a smell. These odor particles, called mycotoxins, travel with the spores to create new colonies.

The thermal camera is used to help detect where the source of the water may be coming from. Once we find the water it is certain the mold will be there too. Mold cannot grow without a water source but finding the water is tricky unless using a thermal camera.
